Our previous closure was difficult, but we learned a lot. We’ve put together a plan which includes information that we’re hoping will be useful to you if we experience another closure as well as some ways that you can be proactive and feel at ease, should we need to abruptly close our doors once again.
Here is how we will handle a closure:
We will inform you of a closure via email and / or text message. If you have an appointment on our calendar it will be cancelled.
If you don’t receive an email and are curious of our standing check our website, FaceBook, or Instagram accounts for up-to-date information.
We will not reschedule appointments or take a waiting list until we have a firm reopening date.
When we have a firm reopening date, we will send you an email and also make the information available on all of the sites listed above.
We will then reopen our online booking portal and ask that you schedule online if you’re able, which is a tremendous relief to our staff.
Here is what you can do:
Make sure that you’re on our mailing list by not opting out of email communications and opting in to text communications, and make sure that your contact information is current. We are helping you by verifying your contact information when you check out.
