Etiquette and Policies

At The Wildflower Spa, we are dedicated to providing each client with the exceptional care we take pride in. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask all clients to observe a few simple courtesies. We truly appreciate your understanding, as these policies are designed to benefit everyone. Thank you for being a valued part of our community!

This is not a child appropriate location

To ensure we maintain the highest quality of service and provide a relaxing environment for everyone, we kindly ask that clients refrain from bringing children or additional guests to their appointments. We understand this may be challenging for some, but we believe it's essential for preserving the tranquility and experience for all our clients. Please note that if children are brought along, it may be necessary to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.

new clients

It is requested that new clients arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to complete the consent form for services, or you may complete the online form. Returning clients are asked to arrive at the scheduled appointment time.

Reservations

We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance. We will do our best to accommodate same day appointments or walk-ins.  A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel same day or no-show your appointment. If you late cancel or no-show you will be charged 50% of the service cost. This deposit is refundable for clients who adhere to our cancellation policy and provide at least 24 hours cancellation notice.

Credit card information is now required for all appointments.

tardiness

Please call if you know that you will be arriving late for your appointment. A client who arrives late for a scheduled appointment time will be accommodated if at all possible. If necessary, we may modify your appointment to fit the available time and you will be charged the original full service cost. If you are greater than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it will be assumed that you have no-showed. Please read our policy pertaining to no-shows.

cancelLations

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide notice of cancellations 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If it is not possible to provide notice with such advance, please provide as much notice as possible.

Late calcellations and no-shows are subject to a charge of 50% of the total service cost.

Return and Exchange Policy

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur and encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when reserving appointments. 

Return and Exchange Policy

GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES: Gift cards hold no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are non-refundable on services. Bare Boutique reserves the right to confiscate any gift card thought to be fraudulent.

PRODUCTS: Unused products may be returned within two week of purchase for an exchange or refund. Anytime after two weeks, all products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

SERVICES: Services are non-refundable.
